Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Terms') govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PJT AI Inc. (hereinafter 'Company') and users regarding the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Provision

The Company provides an AI-powered project management platform and related services. Specific service details, terms of use, and fees are provided through in-service guidance or separate announcements.

Account Management

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information and must comply with the following:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain account security and protect passwords
Immediately notify the Company upon discovering unauthorized use of the account

Usage Rules

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the services:

Unauthorized collection, storage, or disclosure of others' personal information
Actions that interfere with normal service operation
Hacking, malware distribution, or other security threats
Violation of applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software included in the services are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Rights to content created by users through the services belong to those users.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for paid services follows in-service guidance. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies, with specific refund conditions announced separately.

Service Restriction and Termination

The Company may restrict services or terminate the contract if a user violates these Terms or interferes with normal service operation. Users may also discontinue service use and delete their accounts at any time.

Disclaimer

The Company is not liable when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions. The Company is also not responsible for service disruptions caused by user negligence.

Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from service use shall be under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms will be announced through in-service notices or email. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue service use.
